  • Distributing or transmitting any malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
  • Engaging in any activity that could disrupt or negatively impact the App's functionality or user experience.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of Ava - Your Celebration Partner or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
• You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its content without prior written permission from Ava - Your Celebration Partner.

Payment and Services

• Once you have purchased the subscription, you gain the right to access and use the App's services for the agreed-upon subscription duration. This subscription is non-transferable and remains valid exclusively for the purchased subscription. Please be aware that the subscription fee is non-refundable. We retain the right to modify subscription prices for both new and existing customers.
• If we are unable to process your payment within 30 days, we have the right to disable account services.

Privacy and Data Collection

• We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
• The App may utilize third-party services. Such data collection is subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.
